Weather delay policy
Severe weather — heavy snow, ice, flooding — can delay your pickup by 1–2 days. We post real-time updates on our Facebook page when routes are affected. If your pickup is delayed, leave your cans out the following day; we’ll be by as soon as conditions allow.

We observe the standard US holidays. Pickups scheduled on or after the holiday shift forward by one business day for the rest of that week.
